ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise slot employees engaged in the selling of slot tokens.
- Review daily staffing level for proper coverage according to guest counts.
- Approve jackpots up to the established level and ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately.
- Open and close change bins.
- Train new employees and update all employees on new policies and procedures.
- Complete various documentation and reports indicating overages shortages attendance or variances.
- Investigate and help resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
- Ensure slot personnel are in compliance with internal controls and the Indiana Gaming Commission.
- Perform minor repair work on slot machines.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Slot Operations.
