We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing and finalizing solutions related to new and existing projects. This role requires effective communication with staff and team members decision-making and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion. The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring structure and efficiency to complex project-based processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage occupancy planning for the Technology and Products Group (TPG) and other projects as required by the Senior Director.
Develop long- and short-term plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Delegate tasks to team members best positioned to complete them.
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project progression.
Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project ensuring team actions remain in synergy.
Communicate with upper management to keep projects aligned with their goals.
Perform quality control throughout project development to maintain expected standards.
Adjust schedules and targets as project needs or financing change.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Decisiveness and problem-solving abilities.
Effective delegation and time management skills.
Proven experience in project management preferably in a high-tech environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
