- Asegurar el trabajo Seguro ( cero incidentes ) del departamento
- Cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo en las lineas de produccion y de soporte
- Reduccion de breakdown - correctivos
- Cumplmiento de las metas MTBF & MTTR
- Cumplimiento del mantenimiento Autonomo
- Cumplimiento a las metas de eficiencia de los tecnicos de mtto
- Cumplimiento de actualizacion de metricos en base diaria.
Cumplimiento de auditorias BBO
Participacin en juntas diarias de mantenimiento
Cumplimiento de platicas de seguridad
Cumplimiento del procedimiento interno de trabajo seguridad y medio ambiente.
