The Forward Deployed Engineer is an exciting and industry lead role responsible for designing and implementing complex Agentic AI based automation solutions using UiPath while also working with UiPath clients through their automation journey. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with delivery ownership and team working ensuring successful deployment and adoption of automation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical discovery Agentic AI Based sessions process assessments and solution design workshops
Develop and support deployment of end-to-end UiPath Agentic Automation solutions using UiPath products such as Maestro(BPM/Process Mining) Agents(AI Agent) Robots(RPA) and others.
Design reusable components enforce coding standards and promote solution governance
Participate in the creation of delivery accelerators best practices and internal IP
At least half of the persons time will be spent at client location while working globally for Japanese clients.
Technical Skills
Expert-level hands-on experience with the UiPath platform(There will be an intensive training either in Bellevue in Washington USA or Bucharest in Romania)
Proficiency in Python JavaScript TypeScript Java or C#
Proven experience with APIs system integrations data modeling and cloud-hosted environments
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and deployment lifecycle
Working knowledge of infrastructure considerations for UiPath (e.g. bots queues credentials and others)
Qualifications
Proven Graduation of University Masters or Graduate or 2 years of experience in software engineering system integration or automation consulting
Willing to learn Agentic Automation: BPMN based technology(Maestro/Process Mining) AI Agent(Agent Builder) RPA and Low-code development
Willing to work in global working environment
Willing to learn business Level of Japanese and English required.
Enthusiasm for AI and prompt engineering
Strong client engagement communication and solution ownership willingness
