There is currently one specified purpose whole-time vacancy available in Russell Centre Tallaght Cross West
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for the Dublin south city & west Dublin South West & Kildare West Wicklow regions of the Dublin and Midlands Regional Health Area (RHA) from which current and future permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Purpose of the Post
The Chief Audiologists main purpose is to undertake direct clinical work which may include adult and/or paediatric dependent on service needs and postholder experience. The Chief audiologist will assist in the provision of a high quality audiological service. They may provide clinical management and leadership in the day-to-day running of the service by supporting and supervising staff prioritising and allocating work and promoting positive staff morale.
The Chief Audiologist works as part of the senior management team supporting the Assistant National Clinical Lead for Audiology (ANCLA) in coordinating an integrated and patient centred audiology service in accordance strategic plans for audiology service delivery.
