Job Description:
What will you work on
The Spin Master Mexico National Account Manager will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico and the global Sales Team. The selected Executive must be a motivated team player highly numerate & analytical and strong communication skills. Responsible for the negotiation with a group of accounts (departmental and toy stores) while ensuring the best sales conditions for the Company and the correct execution of the commercial strategies in the designated accounts.
The National Account Manager I will get the opportunity of working in a dynamic sales organization securing excellent implementation of Sales/Marketing plans and in-store campaigns.
How will you create impact
- Negotiate and overview the commercial strategies with all trade segments.
- Prepare the business strategies in collaboration with all the interna areas considering the sales volume and commercial offers for all the different clients.
- Develop Annual Joint Business Plans in closer cooperation with Buyers and Sub-Directors.
- Develop and assure the best administration of the forecast by month quarter and full year for every client.
- Overview the accomplishment of the P&L with Spin Masters Finance.
- Prepare short medium and long-term strategies to comply with the sustainable development of the accounts.
- Work together with the Marketing Team in the specifics of the products portfolio.
- Consolidate commercial relationships focusing in the profitable development of both parties.
- Negotiate the structure and restructure of commercial conditions.
- Built update and present result reports to headquarters and Mexico Management Team.
- Overview and administrate the assigned Budget and Allowances
- Keep strong knowledge and tracking of direct competitors
What are your skills and experience
- Experience in different channels and accounts in consumer goods companies preferably with high seasonal products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Power Point.
- Experience in SAP is highly advantageous
- Fluent in spoken and written English
