Research and Identify opportunities to expand the company business including through partnerships acquisitions and new markets.(especially in the Life Science and Diagnostic product Medical Device - we are looking for more than one position)
Lead cross functional collaboration in assessing potential new product lines.
Analyse sales marketing and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
Develop marketing plans and collaborate with internal staff to implement the plans
Ensure marketing activities provide positive impact to sales activities both in short and long term
Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders to support key products
Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive
Proactively and consistently identify new business partners or new business areas to expand the business including through partnerships acquisitions and new markets
Assess risks involved with new initiatives ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
Lead/support the process of strategy development including launch and results tracking of the selected new product lines.
Implement Product Launch Readiness including market research regulatory preparation go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
Identify other areas of opportunity to accelerate business growth and provide recommendation to the General Manager.
Lead/support special projects as assigned.
Qualification:
Male/Female Age 35 or above
Thai nationality
Bachelors Degree in related sciences
Masters degree in business management MBA or a related field
Master of Science in Genetics Biotechnology Microbiology Biochemistry Biology or an MBA with a strong scientific background. we are looking for more than one position
At least 10-year sales & marketing experience in the healthcare industry
Minimum 5 years of experience as sales manager product manager or key account managerin sales & marketing management product management in diagnostic and the life sciences industry
Work experience in the same capacity in medical or life science or diagnostics industry will be an advantage
Go to Market strategy and implementation is advantage
Excellent communication collaboration presentation and negotiating skill
Strategic analytical detail-oriented aggressive resourceful and has initiative
Proven ability to train develop and lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets
Proven leadership experience in managing and leading sales or business development teams
Strong sales coaching mentoring and performance management skills
Experienced in Product Launch Readiness including market research regulatory preparation go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
Good command of English communication (Reading Writing Speaking Listening)
Customer oriented and people oriented
High&demonstrable sense of entrepreneurship
Above all must demonstrate a healthy attitude towards work customers and team members
