Job Description
Innotec a high-growth unique and fully automated manufacturer of automotive furniture and appliance components is selectively seeking an experienced hands-on Production Unit Leader. Innotec has become known for our innovation and ability to provide low cost high quality products to our customers. We currently have several divisions including businesses in Europe United States China and Mexico. For our operations base in Budars we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Engineering
3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
Automotive industry specific experience is an advantage
Ability to read write speak and understand English at an independent level
Proven leadership ability
Ability to lead $20k-$100k projects
Advantages:
Production unit management experience in automotive industry IATF 16949 familiarity is an advantage.
Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process i.e. ERP Quality Supply Chain Business Efficiency Organization Development CAM
Characteristics:
Entrepreneurial mentality with an improvement versus maintainer mindset.
Demonstrated success with continues improvement in area of responsibility. Examples from manufacturing and operations is an advantage.
Leadership Planning Management and Organization skills and abilities with impact demonstrated in challenging situations.
Desire to work in a team-based atmosphere.
Good communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work up to 70% of time on the floor to help determine and correct issues improve processes
Willingness to support and to participate in production activities
