Site Supervisor (M&E)
Singapore (Islandwide Construction Site)
Construction SGD$1400 - SGD$3000
Job Description:
The site supervisor (M&E) will be overseeing daily construction and site coordination of different activities including ensuring safe work environment at work site and manage workers. The site supervisor will report to the project manager/coordinator.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Read execute and main site master plan and schedule provided
- Read and interpret prints and drawings
- Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers
- Plan and deliver toolbox talks
- Implement and enforce safety health and environmental rules and regulations and practices among workers
- Maintain project production records on equipment materials and staffing
- Control material wastes down time rework and wait time
- Conduct inspection of building works and documented inspection records upon verified by RE/RTO
- Coordinate with RE/RTO and Subcontractors on project matters
- Implementation of project operation to comply with ISO 9001; 14001; OHSAS 18001 standard requirements documented procedures as well as client companies authorities requirements
- Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time
- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
- Manage all workers on-site ensuring proper execution of project operations
- Provide regular feedback on staff and team performance
- Coach and guide workers
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Building Construction
- Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
- WSH safety certificates preferred
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalentpreferred
- Work at height supervisor certificateprefered
- Coretrade forman certificateprefered
