This position is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the area including both distribution and merchandising at retail & wholesale level. Responsible for people development coaching and performance management this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at the point of sale.
