As SAP Commerce Software Developeryou will be responsible for the development and maintenance of e-commerce solutions for our this role you will work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver highly scalable and performant solutions to our customers.
Your jobs key responsibilities are:
Developing high-quality scalable and reliable software solutionswith agile methods using Java and Spring
Collaboratingwith cross-functional teamsto understand business requirements and design software solutions
Participatingin design and code reviewsto ensure code quality and adherence tostandards
Mentoring junior developersto improve their skills and knowledge
Contributingto the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
Actively participatingin the continuous improvementof quality in the team and across the company
Working closely with Product / Project Leads and Agile Delivery Leadsto ensure a timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions
Job requirements
YOUR SKILLS
Essential Skills:
4 years of work experience with SAP Commerce (Cloud V2)
Completedtechnical studiesrelated to software engineering
Solid knowledge ofsoftware development principlesdesign patterns and best practices
High personal standards regarding non-functional requirements(quality performance security)
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills in English (min. B2 levels)
Joy in passing on knowledge and experience to fellow team members
Beneficial Skills:
Knowledge ofmodern container and cluster technologiessuch asDocker and Kubernetes
Experience withcloud technologiessuch asAzure or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of SAPs CX / CRM Stack (e.g.CDP CDC Emarsys Sales & Service Cloud)
Knowledgeofmicroservice architecturesand thecorresponding design patterns
Experience with the integration ofthird party solutions(e.g. market place vendors likeMiraklor PSPs)
Solid experience with theSpring framework
Familiarity withGolangor other programming languages
Experience withSQL database modelingandoptimization
Understanding ofCI/CD processes and tools
Germanlanguage skills

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement which is 53802 gross/year for this position.
