Enterprise Architect 3 - Applications/Software Development (Hybrid)
Location:Austin TX 78751 (Hybrid: On-Site & Telework)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT (excluding State holidays)

Role Overview
Serve as the primary expert translating business and non-functional requirements (NFRs) into specific large-scale technical architecture and services solutions. This role combines architecture leadership with interlocked financial modeling risk assessment solution scoping and documentation to deliver industry-leading outcomes across processes technology and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business/NFRs into actionable architectures for very large complex solutions (cloud custom-built SaaS; evaluate on-prem vendor products as needed).
- Analyze customer service requirements and design end-to-end service solutions that meet scope cost quality and timeline objectives.
- Construct detailed solution designs scope documents risk profiles and remediation plans for complex services proposals.
- Build and maintain financial models aligned to services proposals; support pricing and cost/benefit analyses.
- Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and related deliverables using departmental automation tools detailing processes technology staffing and project management.
- Develop process/technology/staffing plans for customer opportunities; ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Act as a trusted expert advisor/SME to internal and external stakeholders including formal presentations and solution reviews.
- Maintain deep industry and internal services knowledge to construct competitive scalable solutions.
- Follow organizational SOPsfor cost modeling approvals/reviews workflows and deliverables.
- Influence technology selection and roadmaps for customers focusing on scalable cloud solutions and integration patterns.
Candidate Skills & Qualifications

Minimum (Required):
- 8 yearsEnterprise Architecture for cloud-based systems.
- 8 yearsenterprise application experience with Java .
Preferred:
- 5 yearsMicrosoft Azure experience.
Work Environment
- Hybrid position based in Austin TX 78751 with required on-site presence and telework flexibility during normal business hours.
