We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Analytic Facilitators at the Junior Mid and Senior levels to support intelligence training doctrine integration and education initiatives that strengthen the U.S. defense and intelligence community.Your Mission
As an Analytic Facilitator you will play a critical role in shaping the future of intelligence operations by developing maintaining and delivering training material that drives intelligence goals tradecraft and standards. You will directly support the creation of lesson plans presentations and curricula while ensuring that emerging policies and doctrines are effectively integrated into training products.What Youll Do
- Develop maintain and deliver training materials lesson plans and presentations to support intelligence education and tradecraft.
- Maintain training systems and records within assigned educational platforms (e.g. AGILE Training Development Capability (TDC)).
- Review and assess emerging policies doctrine and standards for incorporation into training materials.
- Provide feedback on intelligence doctrine tradecraft and emerging practices to ensure training relevance.
- Track and maintain training progress schedules and reporting as required by the Government.
- Support the development of curricula designed to meet evolving intelligence mission requirements.
- Collaborate with intelligence professionals to ensure training aligns with operational objectives.
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
- Senior Level: Masters degree 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelors degree 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelors degree 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelors degree 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Proven experience developing and delivering intelligence-related training programs.
- Familiarity with intelligence doctrine tradecraft and standards.
- Strong instructional skills with the ability to present complex material clearly and effectively.
- Ability to analyze emerging intelligence policies and translate them into training content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AGILE Training Development Capability (TDC) or equivalent training platforms.
- Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other combatant command training initiatives.
- Familiarity with U.S. intelligence community standards doctrine and educational systems.
- Previous experience as an instructor facilitator or curriculum developer in a military or intelligence setting.
