Job Summary
Paul Mitchell The School Logan is seeking a qualified School Co-Director to join our family! With over one hundred schools nationwide Paul Mitchell Schools is growing faster than ever. School Director Role
The School Co-Director is extremely involved in all areas of the school and sets the positive tone for successful and happy students and staff. He or she manages the day-to-day operations of the school and guides the alignment of the school with Paul Mitchell School systems and all franchise state and federal governing agency laws rules policies and procedures. A School Directors job is never done! All staff hiring training coaching and evaluation of performance is managed by the School Director. He or she must be able to collect and analyze complex data create marketing tools and forecast outcomes as well as quickly analyze reports and data to identify trends and implement correct systems. He or she manages school facilities operations budgets sales customer service marketing culture and quality of education with visionary leadership.

He or she networks and builds relationships in the local community and within the Paul Mitchell network. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background and the ability to juggle the small and large demands of a busy high-energy cosmetology school. He or she will embody the Paul Mitchell culture have an exceptional work ethic and find joy in motivating and inspiring others to reach their potential in the workplace.
Skills/Competencies Required:
- High School Graduate
- College degree in Business Marketing Education Human Resources preferred or comparable job experience.
- At least 2 years leadership/management experience in the beauty industry preferred.
- Cosmetology license and/or instructor experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership management finance and business
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems is preferred
