Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of Experience Required Traveler Experience: Clinic WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes **Work Setting Skills REQUIRED: Radiation Oncology **Radiation Therapy Skills REQUIRED: External Beam Radiation Therapy (Teletherapy) Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) & Radiation safety precautions Certs: ABR - Therapeutic Medical Physics JOB DETAILS: RATIOS: 1 Visit/Day SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered Will Accept 13 Weeks. 8 HOUR DAYS; 08:00 - 17:00 Monday-Friday Call Requirement: NONE Float Requirement: NONE Weekend Requirement: NONE PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Radiation Oncology Patients SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Cover Physics clinical tasks during clinical hours. The main center comprises 1 Varian Halcyon 1 Varian TrueBeam a Varian IX linac a Nucletron HDR Afterloader a Siemens CT simulator and Sun Nuclear QA physics equipment. VisonRT is used for SGRT. Varian Eclipse and Aria are used for treatment planning and Record and Verify respectively. Several special procedures are offered at the main campus such as MLC based SRS SBRT IMRT VMAT IGRT T&O and Vaginal Cylinder. The group also covers two nearby satellite centers each comprising of a Varian linac. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: All Varian equipment. UNIT SYSTEMS: ARIA/Eclipse SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Clinic Needs; Monday - Friday UNIT ORIENTATION: 40 Hours of Clinic Orientation SCRUBS: Provided INTERVIEW AVAILABILITY: *****Please provide your candidates interview availability for the next 72 hours while submitting candidates to avoid holding up the approval process.
