Job Description
Emplifis unified customer engagement platform empowers over 20000 leading brands to elevate their digital and social customer experience. By integrating social media marketing commerce care unified analytics and AI we help companies grow through happier customers better product sales and stronger brand loyalty.
We process I/O operations per second and growing. To support this scale were looking for a Backend Engineer to help evolve our platform.
Youll join a collaborative friendly team focused on building a reliable scalable observable and maintainable system. We value creativity discipline and a good sense of humor.
What Youll Do Here
- Maintain and extend our platform with new features.
- Monitor system performance and logs address issues and build tools for observability.
- Write clean well-tested code.
- Review code to uphold our quality standards.
- Actively contribute to our Scrum process.
- Continuously grow your skills to advance your career and move the platform forward.
- Optional: Contribute to frontend tasks if youre interested.
- Collaborate with a team of supportive professionals.
- Have fun explore and experiment.
What Youll Bring To Us
- 3 years of experience with .
- Solid understanding of clean code and testing principles.
- Familiarity with database systems.
- Experience using Git and modern development workflows.
- Bonus: experience with distributed systems or high-throughput environments.
