Our client is a company specializing in dyeing and finishing industrial yarns as well as trading all types of yarns in Samut Sakhon province is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
Job Description:
- Supervising non-exempt employees to meet daily performance goals.
- Ensuring compliance with policies legal guidelines and safety standards.
- Tracking costs providing input for plans and conducting cost analysis.
- Evaluating safety and managing workflow using multi-warehouse systems.
- Setting objectives planning tactically and overseeing budgets and workforce needs.
- Developing performance measures for continuous improvement.
- Scheduling daily activities to optimize resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Assistant Warehouse Manager.
- Understanding of order fulfilment facility procedures and warehouse systems (e.g. SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of English.
Benefits:
- Salary plus monthly incentive (10% - 20% of base salary).
- Bonus: Variable bonus up to 18% of annual salary.
- Working Hours: Monday Friday and 2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM).
- Health Insurance: SSO Provident Fund health and accident insurance.
- Annual Leave: 10 days (Probation rate).
