GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
Role Overview:
Perform hand blending & polishing operations followed by self-inspection of blended parts to the tolerance and specifications
Read and correct interpretation of Operation Sheets and perform to the expected requirements
Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
minimum GCE O level with 3 years of relevant experience capable of performing hand blending and polishing operations self-inspection interpreting operation sheets accurately and conducting scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum GCE O level with 3 years of relevant experience; or
Preferably NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent; or
Diploma in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering
Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Good mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge in CNC programming
Ability to comprehend technical drawings/instructions
Ability to use measuring instruments
Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
A team player
