Job Summary
Introduction
The MASTER DATA and TESTING COORDINATION Intern within Procurement will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement team in the actual ERO transition. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the MASTER DATA within Procurement field (Business Partners Purchase Info Records Source Lists Transactions Purchase conditions ) and develop a deep understanding of how Master Data contributes to the overall supply chain and business operations.They will work closely with senior procurement staff and project Team to identify and evaluate cleanisng and improvement opportunities ensure compliance with company procurement policies. Additionally the intern will be supporting and maintaining accurate documentation of reports and data analysis.
The Challenge
- Data Cleansing prior migration / Cut over
- monitoring Training Material BPDD L3/L4 processes creations
- supporting the Train the trainer program in scheduling and maintaining the feedback / evaluation
- Supporting the Train the users program in scheduling and maintaining the feedback / evaluation
- Support the scheduling activities of the UAT in participating in the script and scenario definition / creation
What are we looking for
- You are ideally working towards a bachelor or masters level study in a relevant discipline.
- Someone who is good with analytical skills as you would need to dig into data and deciphering complex information to help shape procurement strategies.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail as being spot-on is the name of the game in procurement.
- You are flexible and adaptable to learn and grow.
