We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern for our Learning & Development (L&D) team.
During this internship you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment where your ideas and contributions are truly valued.
The Challenge
- An in-depth look into the world of Learning & Development within a leading organization.
- The chance to work on a variety of projects from designing/developing training materials working out learning processes to implementing innovative learning strategies.
- Personal coaching by an experienced L&D professional along with that a chance to work in diverse HR Department who are specialized in different areas.

What are we looking for
- Students pursuing a Bachelor in Learning and Development in Organisations (in their 2 nd or 3rd year) or a Master in Educational Sciences.
- Someone with a passion for learning and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Willingness to show initiative and work independently but also to function as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and the drive to want to continuously learn and improve. Knowledge in Dutch is a plus.
- Internship hours are negotiable our preference is 32 - 40 hours per week (working from home is included)
