Safety KPIs are achieved as planned: various KPI indicators are clearly defined and targets such as ATS closure rate safety recommendations STOP WORK GB etc. and corresponding safety data are analyzed.
Conduct safety-related communications with the safety department once a month communicate safety issues in a timely manner actively communicate high-risk operations with various departments and jointly explore solutions.
Safety training: formulate monthly safety training plans based on the job characteristics and safety needs of employees. The training content covers safe operating procedures emergency response methods safe use of new equipment etc. Organize a safety inspection every month formulate detailed improvement plans for the problems found clarify the responsible persons and rectification deadlines and track the rectification results.
Supplier security management: Regularly conduct safety inspections on contractors workplaces and require timely rectification of any problems found.
Communicate with the safety department immediately to discuss the use of new equipment and tools and provide training
Quality
Quality KPIs are achieved as planned: quality data is analyzed monthly to identify key factors affecting quality and develop improvement measures.
Defect improvement: Select a major quality defect problem every month and set up a special improvement team. The team members include personnel from relevant departments such as production quality and process. Use the fishbone diagram method to analyze the cause of the problem formulate and implement improvement plans and track and evaluate the improvement effect to ensure that the problem is effectively solved.

To ensure stable ramp-up formulate a detailed ramp-up plan clarify the CT time and work nodes at each stage and make preparations for increasing production capacity

Regularly evaluate and adjust the team allocation plan to ensure its rationality and effectiveness.
Develop training programs for new employees.

Control the cost of raw materials and reduce costs by optimizing the operation process and having employees do this project while ensuring quality with the goal of reducing costs by 2%;
