What Youll Be Doing:
- Analyze every facet of our banking products identifying trends gaps and opportunities;
- Lead exploratory data analysis to deepen our understanding of customer behavior;
- Map and optimize the customer journey across lifecycles and touchpoints;
- Propose bold new products and initiatives backed by insights and intuition;
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to prototype new customer flows;
- Translate complex datasets into clear stories that guide strategic decisions.
What You Need To Succeed:
- A love for data not just crunching it but listening to what it says;
- Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate insight generation pattern recognition and opportunity discovery;
- Ability to leverage AI to enhance data understanding whether by summarizing patterns automating insight extraction or simplifying complexity;
- A strategic mindset that connects the dots between user needs business goals and product potential;
- Experience in data analysis especially in product customer or lifecycle contexts;
- Comfort working with ambiguity and a drive to explore the unknown;
- Familiarity with tools like SQL Python notebooks or AI-based assistants but more importantly a sense of purpose when using them;
- A desire to co-create to influence products and decisions beyond the spreadsheet;
- Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with our diverse multinational team.
- Familiarity with tools like LangChain GPT or embedding models is a plus (but curiosity to explore them is even better);
