Maintenance Technician
Overview
Were seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Atlanta Plant. If you thrive in fast-paced environments make confident decisions and communicate effectively this is your opportunity to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose troubleshoot and repair automated industrial equipment.
Perform installation maintenance and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.
Conduct building maintenance and support a robust preventative maintenance program.
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using our maintenance tracking system.
Fabricate modify or repair equipment parts using industrial maintenance knowledge.
Interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.
Install and maintain utility lines (steam water air gas condensate) including soldering pipe threading and conduit work.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Document all work performed including time sheets work orders and request forms.
Wear appropriate PPE and complete all required safety training.
Support initiatives to reduce utility usage and waste.
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma GED or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Experience with boiler maintenance preferred.
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Must supply personal tools necessary for job performance
