- Business development of sales opportunities to prospective distribution network ensuring effective coverage and maximizing sales through existing and new channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in marine construction and agriculture sectors.
- Manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target ensuring accurate reporting in CRM platform Saleforce.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in sales with a focus on channel distribution in the general hardware and machineries industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel for domestically when required.
- Having own transportation and willing to work in Temasya Industrial Park Glenmarie
