Were looking for a Web Designer to lead the design and user experience of our marketing website and support other digital marketing efforts.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Design engaging user-experience and conversion-optimized pages for our marketing website.
- Translate goals and requirements into wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with web content and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Use feedback and performance data to iterate on designs and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to and manage components within the websites design system.
- Create digital marketing assets including social media visuals email graphics display ads and presentations.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with design trends UX best practices and relevant tools.
Job Requirements:
- English language proficiency at a professional level.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles including accessibility usability and responsive design.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
- A portfolio showcasing web design and digital marketing assets (e.g. websites landing pages ads email templates social graphics).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to varying levels of project complexity and budget.
