IT ERP Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT ERP Specialist to help establish a new IT department as we transition to independence from the European IT organization. This role is critical to implementing optimizing and supporting ERP systems that align with business objectives and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily ERP operations ensuring service reliability and value delivery.
- Lead service improvements and change management across ERP functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet strategic goals.
- Align with global roadmaps and contribute to operational and architectural planning.
- Provide technical guidance oversee application lifecycle management and maintain documentation.
- Support end-users and ensure ERP usability and performance.
About You:
You have a bachelors degree in computer science (or similar) and 5 years of experience in a related role. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in ERP systems with knowledge of Finance HR Procurement and Asset Maintenance.
- Familiarity with Maximo Oracle eBusiness Suite and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IT service management data integration and reporting.
