Job Overview
We are seeking a Health And Wellness Cum Special Educator to join our team at Podar Education Network in Chakan. This is a junior-level position requiring between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the holistic development of students by supporting their individual health wellness and educational needs.
Purpose of Job - Counseling Psychologists should be expert problem solvers with good diagnostic skills. This requires a highly analytical mindset and the ability to understand people on a psychoanalytic level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinate and Reporting to Inclusive Education cell (IEC) Mumbai for action plan for the school
Counseling childrens and parents
Applied various Psychometric testing and treatment
Plan workshops
Design IEPs for individual special need child.
Conducting sessions and workshop with Children Parents and Teachers.
Create and maintain database of counseling cases.
Skills Required
Good observational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients.
Highly analytical mindset.
Education and Work Experience
Post graduation degree In Psychology.
1-2 yrs. Experience of working as psychological counselor OR Freshers can also apply
