The Public Area Attendantkeeps the designated Public Area clean at all timesduring his / her shift and assists guests with their queries.
What will I be doing
As the Public Area Attendant you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Ensure that the designated areas are properly and regularly cleaned.
Knowledgeable of the location of outlets and other facilitiesin order tocorrectly direct guests.
Ensure that supplies are properly stocked in the restrooms.
Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile.
Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests requests.
Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
Keep storeroom neat and in good order.
Report any damage of carpet or furniture etc. for immediate repairs reporting promptly and following up on urgent repair issues.
Deliver high quality services to guests.
Adhere to the hotels cleaning and maintenance programs maintain a clean work area.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Adhere by the hotels policies and procedures Hilton code of business conduct and the hotels team member handbook security and emergency policies and procedures.

A Public Area Attendant serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitudebehaviours skills and values that follow:
Work experience in the hotel industry.
Knowledgeable of the public area operations and the usage of cleaning chemicals and machines.
Good eyesight and physically fit to be able to work long hours.
