The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner providing customers with secure sustainable and innovative service solutions globally.
Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecyclefrom start-of-life (e.g. Install & Commission) through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g. Upgrade Repair & Extend) to end-of-life activities (e.g. Replace & Decommission).
How youll make an impact
You will be identifying and managing the marketing and sales investments necessary in order to increase market penetration as well as entering a new market segment whilst build customer awareness.
You will ensuring the timely delivery of service sales and strategy.
You will be implementing the agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
You will be overseeing the day to day service operations reviewing and supervising the Service delivery and project execution.
You will be seeking to maintain a strong relationship with customers sales representatives production and distribution departments to ensure growth improvement and productivity.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Significant and demonstratable experience in managing a Service unit including IB
Management and P&L responsibility.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products
Experience working within the Energy sector
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Fluent in English.
