You will lead the Global Engineering & Maintenance Organization: you will build and lead an engaged and highly capable Enza Zadens global Engineering & Maintenance team.
You will build the Global Seed Processing Capabilities: develop and implement the strategic global Engineering Portfolio to expand and enhance Enza Zadens global seed processing capabilities with top-quality seed processing and advanced packaging technologies contributing to an efficient and reliable global Seed Processing operation.

Make a difference as Global Manager Engineering & Maintenance
As the Global Manager Engineering & Maintenance you will:
Lead motivate coach and develop your team (direct 8-10 indirect 15-20 people) to ensure optimal performance and team dynamics;
Implement global best practice maintenance work processes and systems to improve HS&E product quality reliability and uptime;
Manage the global Seed Processing CAPEX and OPEX budgets including annual budget preparation and alignment processes;
Participate in relevant management teams and lead large projects and programs with cross-functional teams;
Define and set the global Engineering & Maintenance training and skills development program;
Ensure successful project delivery and build alignment across senior and executive management.
You will report to the VP Supply Chain and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders including the COO Directors Global Managers Site Processing Managers and the Seed Research & Innovation Director. Externally you will manage relationships with equipment system and service providers.
What you bring as a future colleague
Academic educational background in Engineering or Operations Management;
Minimum 15 years of which 10 years of leadership experience in a food agricultural or chemical manufacturing business;
Strong leadership experience within complex facilities;
High collaborative working skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
Willing to travel internationally (10-20%);
Proficiency in Dutch and English both written and verbal.
