Your new role:

The Ad Sales Planning department plays a central and strategic role in the companys sales ecosystem. This department is responsible for facilitating coordinating and optimizing all activities related to the planning of advertising sales. Its responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Support: The Ad Sales Planning department provides strategic support to the sales team contributing to the development of projects and commercial proposals. This involves analyzing briefings understanding client needs and proposing solutions aligned with the companys objectives.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: The department acts as a central point of reference for different departments including Sales Operations Trade Marketing and Business Support. It facilitates efficient communication between these areas regarding sold projects and engages these and various other areas such as the Content Programming and Creative Brand Solutions teams for the development of proposals and projects.

Development of Opportunities and Projects: The Ad Sales Planning department is also proactive in the development of opportunities and projects. This initiative aims not only to meet current market demands but also to anticipate and create innovative solutions for future client needs.

Client Portfolio Management: Additionally the department plays a fundamental role in managing the client portfolio alongside the sales team analyzing it in conjunction with the companys portfolio. This enables a more strategic approach in offering advertising solutions that align with the overall goals of the organization.

Establishment of Internal Processes: Due to its proximity and the need for contact with various areas Ad Sales Planning contributes to the construction and improvement of internal processes ensuring operational efficiency and alignment in work practices.

Your role accountabilities:

  • Supporting executives and developing media proposals that attends client briefings;
  • Assists the team with simple tasks;
  • Analyze client portfolio and market advertising trends to proactively propose solutions to increase revenue for the ad sales area;
  • Learn more about media (both digital and linear) its metrics and all Warner Bros. Discovery products and plataforms;
  • Collaborating with the team addressing questions about processes tools and solving day-to-day challenges.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Interest in the advertising marketing or similar industry;
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in advertising marketing or similar industry;
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations with clarity and conciseness utilizing layouts with aesthetics that enhance the information;
  • General knowledge of creating Excel spreadsheets;
  • Knowledge of media metrics (e.g. reach frequency impressions views);
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously;
  • Ability to work closely within several areas in a collaborative way;
  • Knowledge of digital and programmatic advertising campaigns;
  • Knowledge of KPI measurement tools (GWI Sprout Ads Analytics etc.);
  • Experience in developing commercial proposals.
