Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated Domestic Assistant staff to join our caring and dynamic team and provide high quality services to our valued customers.

Across Australia Just Better Care provides in-home aged care and disability support services supporting people to live independently. For over 15 years we have been supporting older people and people living with disability to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.

The role:
This role involves travelling between customers homes and assisting them with domestic duties.
We have positions available throughout the Gold CoastforDomestic Assistant staff looking for 10 - 15 hours per week Mon - Fri.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
Domestic assistance: light household cleaning laundry and meal preparation
Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
Provide updates on customer progress following each service
About you:
Caring compassionate & friendly
Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
Reliable & dependable
Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
Comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback
What you will need:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
Current First Aid certificate/CPR
Current Australian Drivers License
Reliable registered and insured vehicle
Smart phone with internet access
Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
