Senior Analyst Digital HCM

Your primary objective is to ensure that support for project implementation and resolution of production issues is provided to Emerson business units in a timely manner.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master in managing the configuration of the application based on the business unit requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM Standards focusing on Oracle HCM Talent Management module.
• Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management module in different world areas
• Assist in testing new configurations and functional analysis before the production migration.
• Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules.
• Partner with organizations point of contact to identify and resolve production issues.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business or other related field.
• At least 4 years of project implementation and business support experience with Oracle HR Payroll Learn and Recruit and/or any Talent Management System.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work on night shift schedule and during Philippine holidays.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications is a plus.
• Experience working with agile teams and operating with SAFe agile implementation practices a plus.
