The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about solving problems improving processes and helping teams work smarter Were looking for Change & Excellence Managers to work across our Insurance Reinsurance and Operations divisions. These are fantastic opportunities to contribute to strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a broad and valuable skill set.

Whether you come from a business background (like Project Lead or Product Owner) or a traditional change role (such as Business Analyst Change Consultant Operational Excellence or Project Manager) these roles offer the chance to grow your expertise and make a real impact.

Your New Role:

• Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes challenges and opportunities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis

• Analyse data to identify root causes and assess the impact of proposed changes on financial performance operations and customer experience.

• Translate business needs into clear actionable requirements for technology and operational teams

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives through clear communication and collaboration

• Implement change processes that support smooth transitions and adoption of new ways of working

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation within the division

About you:

Youre a curious analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and driving meaningful change. You bring a structured approach a collaborative mindset and a strong desire to grow your skills in transformation and improvement.

Were looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Experience in a business or change-focused role such as Project Lead Product Owner Business Analyst Change Consultant Operational Excellence Specialist or Project Manager

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify root causes and measure the impact of change

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with the ability to build trust and translate complex ideas into clear actionable insights

• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements running effective discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders

• Project coordination skills including building and managing plans tracking progress and aligning teams

• Understanding of change management principles with a focus on supporting smooth transitions and adoption

• Problem-solving mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing practical business-focused solutions

• Adaptability and a growth mindset eager to learn take on new challenges and develop expertise in change and strategy
