Reporting to the VP of Digital & Enterprise Products Greater China this role will be the key roles to lead our efforts to drive local capability of Martech and Digital innovation in China in order to support the strategy of growing forwarding in China.
The Senior Director Martech Platform & Digital Innovation is responsible for:
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
10 years of experience in data analytics marketing technology and innovation.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI and its application in marketing.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience of leading martech solutions in China.
Deep understanding of China market digital trends and Chinese customer behavior.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Able to conduct effective strategy discussions with executive leadership
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. developing and executing marketing campaigns using Generative AI tools
Clear understanding & experience of how an online digital product is delivered. Ability to assess risks and understand high level of effort for stories/tasks
Ability to prioritize with business emergency and consumer needs and analyze use data to inform decisions.
Ability to solve problems quickly think creatively and satisfy Internet speed-to-market requirements
Demonstrates self-confidence energy and enthusiasm and strong leadership skills in a team environment
Self-motivated team player that works well with counterparts from various functions/departments and can influence the work of counterparts without direct reporting accountability
Ability to document and communicate project plan and dependencies in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Ability to influence without authority collaborating with business and cross-functional teams who do not report into this role to get things done. Proficient interpersonal skills personable yet persistent.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Platform Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute the overall Martech platform strategy to enhance our digital and marketing capabilities and drive business growth with a deep understanding of the local Martech landscape in China including emerging trends key players and market dynamics
Identify and evaluate key Martech platforms tools and vendors in China.
Oversee the implementation and integration of Martech solutions ensuring seamless functionality across various marketing channels.
Drive the adoption of Martech platforms and tools providing training and support to marketing teams.
Data Analytics and Insights:
Leverage data analytics to uncover actionable insights optimize marketing campaigns and drive data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs track performance metrics and develop reports and dashboards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital data analytics and implement innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.
and Generative AI:
Stay abreast of the Generative AI market landscape in China including technological advancements startups and potential partnerships.
Lead the exploration and adoption of Generative AI technologies to drive innovation in marketing campaigns personalized customer experiences content creation and other areas where innovation can drive incremental business performance
and Collaboration:
Provide strategic leadership to the Martech and Innovation team fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing IT EA security legal data teams and Digital Product Owners etc. and Global teams to align Martech and innovation initiatives with organizational goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and technology partners ensuring effective partnerships and optimal utilization of resources.
