We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedAccounting Specialist IIIto join our team in So Paulo. This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles both local and international (IFRS) and will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Location: So Jos dos Campos - State of So Paulo Brazil
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and prepare accurate timely reports for management.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS and Brazilian GAAP).
Verify the accuracy of financial statements and related documentation.
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain and oversee general ledger activities.
Support internal and external audits including documentation and process improvements.
Assist in budget preparation forecasting and financial planning.
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade) certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP.
Proficiency in accounting systems; experience withSAPandBPCis a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
