We are PwC a leading firm in the market for Audit Consulting Tax Advisory Legal and Outsourcing services.
We are looking for a Python Lead Automation interested in developing within the STEM team.
Tasks:
Supervise and guide automation engineers in the development and maintenance of test scripts.
Design implement and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
Work closely with development and testing teams to understand project requirements and define testing strategies.
Lead the selection and integration of appropriate testing tools and technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the automation team to improve their skills.
Keep up to date with trends and advancements in test automation and apply best practices across the team.
Skills:
Proficient in Python and experience using PyTest with Selenium for test automation.
Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Experience in Azure DevOps and Jira for project management and task tracking.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
Excellent communication skills to interact with different teams and stakeholders.
