Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Admin Assistant to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in Accounting and has strong communication skills.

- Prepare accounts for payments andverify data in system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
