In this high-impact role you will own and continuously improve core FP&A processes providing actionable insights to senior leadership and partnering with teams across the business. From forecasting to reporting to performance analysis you will help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market and support our mission to make healthcare more affordable and effective.
What youll do
Lead forecasting budgeting and long-range planning processes for specific business areas
Deliver accurate timely and actionable financial reporting and KPI tracking
Build and maintain robust financial models and decision-support tools
Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance
Support executive reporting board preparation and strategic analyses
Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A workflows
Ensure data consistency across planning models reporting and source systems
Partner with business leaders to drive performance and support strategic priorities
Core FP&A activities
Own and improve forecasting models to increase accuracy and scalability
Prepare monthly management reporting packs with clear actionable commentary
Work closely with senior leaders across Customer Office Product & Technology Sales and G&A to help achieve their objectives
Act as a thought partner to business teams and contribute to cross-functional planning
Analyse actuals vs. forecast/budget highlighting risks and opportunities
Support strategic planning through scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership

A continuous improvement mindset that keeps our FP&A capabilities best-in-class
47 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or similar roles (ideally in a Software/SaaS environment)
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
Solid experience with forecasting budgeting and management reporting
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
Strong communication skills: able to make complex topics simple and relevant
Organised detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on pragmatic attitude
Comfortable working in a dynamic growth-oriented environment
Collaborative and able to build trust across teams
