What its like to be a Executive Housekeeper at Executive Housekeeper
As an Executive Housekeeper you will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are immaculately clean and well-maintained. Your responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with hotel cleanliness standards. Are you a good fit for this Executive Housekeeper job
To excel as an Executive Housekeeper candidates should have at least 2 years of hospitality experience with a strong background in housekeeping operations preferred. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills be detail-oriented and have the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Demonstrating a caring compassionate and respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues is essential in upholding our company values. Additionally candidates must be able to handle the physical demands of the position including bending lifting and standing for extended periods.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools along with a passion for delivering exceptional service will set you up for success in this role.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
