Location: Wilmington NC 28401
Pay: $18- $24 an hour- Full-time
Requirements
- Experience in pond/lake maintenance landscaping erosion control or stormwater maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working around water slopes and environmental risks (bees poison ivy etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate team members
- Commitment to safety practices with chemicals and equipment
- Ability to follow company policies and values

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment safely (slope mowers trimmers blowers chainsaws mini-excavators skid steers etc.)
- Perform manual labor tasks and operate hand tools
- Maintain and repair ponds lakes and stormwater control measures (grading erosion repair planting mowing invasive species removal)
- Lead by example ensuring a safe and productive work environment
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety guidelines
- Complete repairs and maintenance on ponds lakes and other stormwater control measures including: Turf establishment mowing planting invasive plant treatment or removal hand or machine excavation grading erosion repairs tree removal and site stabilization
