Site Planning Designers are the backbone of the Design Center responsible for creating high-quality precise GE HealthCare equipment (CT MRI XR etc) installation drawings that directly impact project success. They ensure accuracy compliance and efficiency translating technical and customer requirements into well-structured designs. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 2D/3D installation drawingsfor GEHC medical equipment in AutoCAD/REVIT based on technical requirements standard architectural and construction techniques and workflow needs.
- Provide completed drawings including the right solutions within the expected timeline to customers invarious regions (ASEAN Korea Australia Japan and South Asia).
- Ensure compliance with technical safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and modality leaders to translate requirements into effective layouts.
- Maintain high attention to detail and uphold design quality.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in drawing processes.
- Support the adoption of digital tools to enhance design accuracy and workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD(2D) orstrong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment(CT MRI XR etc).
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability to new technologies and workflow improvements.
- Ability to speak read and write in English to collaborate across countries.
Desired Characteristics
- Bachelors degree in Architecture/Interior.
- Proficiency in Revit or similar 3D design software.
- LEAN mindset to work efficiently.
- Environment prepared to work remotely.
