Your position

As aCost of Organization Controller Supply based in Veghel you are a key member of theCost of Organization Team reporting directly to theHead of Cost of Organization. You are passionate about translating financial data into actionable insights and enjoy supporting strategic decision-making through robust reporting analysis and forecasting. You bring an independent analytical perspective to business proposals and are confident advising a diverse group of stakeholders.

Your scope covers theglobal Supply organization includingManufacturing Supply Chain Procurement and Facilities. You will collaborate closely with senior finance stakeholders including theExecutive Director of Supply regional and functional controllers and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trusted Finance Partner: Act as the primary finance contact for theExecutive Director of Supplyand their leadership team regarding the business support costs providing end-to-end financial support across the global supply scope.
  • Business Case Development: Collaborate with other finance business partners to develop and challenge business cases ensuring alignment with strategic goals and value creation.
  • Planning & Control Cycle: Lead the execution of the full financial cycle (actuals budget forecast) for a total annual spend of approximatelyEUR 140M.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver clear insightful reporting on financial and operational KPIs using tools likePower BI ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Efficiency & Standardization: Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of cost controlling processes contributing to aglobally aligned way of working.
  • Project Participation: Actively contribute tofinance transformation initiatives including digitalization automation and process optimization.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities and proactively advise on mitigation or acceleration strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across finance and operations ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of financial impacts.

Your profile

For this position we ask that you bring:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration Business Economics Accountancy)
  • 5-10 years of relevant Business Control experience in an international corporate environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to communicate on all levels incl. C-level with a variety of different types of departments located in various countries
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive and autonomous nature able to drive multiple projects simultaneously and know when to escalate issues or ask for support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and with an eye for details with a demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Team player enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently
  • An excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Dutch or other languages would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of / affinity with supporting planning and/or business intelligence technologies like PowerBI is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 4747 to 6443gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
