About the Team & Business Line:

Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process platform and line of business we provide clear direction and governance to change positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics to our business demands and to our client needs. As a core member of our Transformation Office you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.



Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Work closely with clients and business to assess client fund servicing needs design target operating models and identify technology solutions best suited to meet client needs.
  • Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Offices expertise best practices and technological solutions.
  • Demonstrate a client-driven approach at all times fostering long-term relationships with clients and prospects throughout the sales and onboarding process.
  • Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider Citco business.
  • Oversee the roll-out of large-scale business transformation initiatives within the assigned portfolio focusing on scalable solutions that can be leveraged across products and lines of business.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams responsible for project delivery process improvement platform and technology integration ensuring alignment with overall strategic vision
  • Identify opportunities that can be used (eg. automation standardization simplification and integration) to solve business obstacles and to improve the existing business processes. Work with clients and business to elicit understand and document business requirements.
  • Work with clients and business to understand and document current state processes identifying gaps risks and pain points. Model optimal future state processes.
  • Work with development teams to convert documented business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure future state technical designs leverage best solutions tools and platforms available to ensure process sustainability and scalability.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to staying up to date on industry changes and technology advancements.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement with Transformation Office


Qualifications

About You:

  • 10 years of industry experience.
  • Professional Certificate Bachelor Master level degree
  • Experience in leading business transformation initiatives essential
  • Client facing experience in financial service industry preferred
  • Relevant project management certification beneficial (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP)
  • Expertise in Business Process Modelling Language beneficial
  • Ability to create user stories wireframes and data models beneficial
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be creative and innovative
  • Ability to influence and persuade
