They enable science and technology companies to nurture ideas innovate and grow supported by our R&D facilities infrastructure and services and programmes across five key technology clusters they are currently seeking for a System Programmer to join their team.
Assistant Manager IT Programme Management
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the IT and Finance team to forecast the IT budget and track usage
Work closely with the IT and Procurement team to issue tenders for different projects
Work closely with project managers to follow the reporting cycle to update project status and resource allocation
Assist project managers in preparing dashboards and reports for management as and when required
Provide project status information to management timely and alert management with any potential risks
Setup the guidelines and policies to improve the governance of the projects
Coordinate with various divisions to schedule meetings for management
Perform other general clerical duties in the IT Team
Perform other jobs as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferably in Project management/ computer science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or related disciplines
Min. 5 years of working experience. Project management / PMO experience is a definite advantagecandidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Power BI is a plus
Experience in other IT areas is highly preferable (e.g. SAP CRM YeeFlow and PowerAutomate)
Detailed-minded and committed to success
Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
