Job Description:

The key role of this position is to solve challenging engineering problems involving products systems and components using advanced simulation techniques and analysis.

You will be responsible for ensuring vibration noise or fluid analysis of Cab Hydraulics and exhaust meets design requirements critically evaluate concepts for future products and work with design engineers to resolve potential issues.

What You Will Do

• Accountable for delivering timely high-quality simulation and analysis impacting products/processes and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• 负责提供及时高质量的仿真分析并提供明确的建议
• Responsible for defining problem modeling solving and performing iterations interpreting results providing conclusion.
• 负责定义问题创建仿真模型运行仿真与设计迭代解释结果给出结论
• Partner with design manufacturing and test to robustly deliver new products and improve validation processes.
• 与设计制造和测试合作稳健地交付新产品并改进验证流程
• Keep up to date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques.
• 及时了解新技术并推动现有技术的持续改进
• Supporting physical test to verify simulation solutions.
• 支持物理测试验证仿真方案
• Take part in design reviews with the wider design team.
• 与更广泛的设计团队一起参与设计评审
• Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results
• 负责分析仿真模型与结果的存档

Degree Requirement

• Min. MS degree in Vehicle Engineering Thermal Power Engineering Internal combustion engine Aeronautics / Astronautics Fluid Machinery Engineering mechanics or equal focusing on (all acceptable):
  a) Vibration (NVH) simulation and test.

b) Noise simulation and test;
c) HVAC and cabin thermal comfort simulation;
d) Numerical method;
e) Reduced order modeling;
f) Integrated Machine Learning & Numerical simulation etc.

• 汽车工程内燃机热能动力航空航天流体机械工程工程力学或相同专业硕士及以上研究方向以下皆可

a) 振动NVH相关的模拟和实验

b) 噪音相关的模拟和实验

c) 空调系统与乘员舱热舒适性的仿真

d) 数值方法
e) 降阶模型;
f) 机器学习与数值仿真结合

What You Have Skills Knowledge & Experiences:

• Familiar with at least one of numerical simulation theories such as FEM FVM BEM SEA FDM

• 熟悉至少一种数值计算方法如有限单元法有限体积法边界元统计能量法有限差分法
• Capable of CAE tool. Analysis software experience in Abaqus Nastran Star CCM Fluent VA-one or other equivalent engineering analysis software
• 具备使用仿真软件的能力例如Abaqus NastranStar CCM Fluent或者 VA-one同时也接受具备其他类似分析软件能力的应聘者
• Excellent problem-solving skill

• Strong initiative teamwork skills

• Have nonlinear vibration knowledge is a plus.
• 具备非线性振动背景的应聘者尤佳

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
