Job Description:
The key role of this position is to solve challenging engineering problems involving products systems and components using advanced simulation techniques and analysis.
You will be responsible for ensuring vibration noise or fluid analysis of Cab Hydraulics and exhaust meets design requirements critically evaluate concepts for future products and work with design engineers to resolve potential issues.
What You Will Do
- Accountable for delivering timely high-quality simulation and analysis impacting products/processes and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Responsible for defining problem modeling solving and performing iterations interpreting results providing conclusion.
- Partner with design manufacturing and test to robustly deliver new products and improve validation processes.
- Keep up to date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques.
- Supporting physical test to verify simulation solutions.
- Take part in design reviews with the wider design team.
- Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results
Degree Requirement
- Min. MS degree in Vehicle Engineering Thermal Power Engineering Internal combustion engine Aeronautics / Astronautics Fluid Machinery Engineering mechanics or equal focusing on (all acceptable):
a) Vibration (NVH) simulation and test.
b) Noise simulation and test;
c) HVAC and cabin thermal comfort simulation;
d) Numerical method;
e) Reduced order modeling;
f) Integrated Machine Learning & Numerical simulation etc.

What You Have Skills Knowledge & Experiences:
- Familiar with at least one of numerical simulation theories such as FEM FVM BEM SEA FDM
- Capable of CAE tool. Analysis software experience in Abaqus Nastran Star CCM Fluent VA-one or other equivalent engineering analysis software
- Abaqus NastranStar CCM Fluent VA-one
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative teamwork skills
- Have nonlinear vibration knowledge is a plus.
- Have machine learning experience is a plus.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
