- A university degree in business administration public administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a combination of research and analysis advanced report writing and strategic systems-level thinking
- Project and change management knowledge and experience is required
Assets:
- Training and experience in facilitation qualitative and quantitative research and the development and implementation of leading evaluation practices
- Experience in information management strategic foresight collaborator relations business consulting process and systems design and conflict resolution
- Project and / or change management training and certification
Skills required for success:
- Intermediate knowledge of primary and secondary research methodology including design implementation and analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to convey complex information with clarity and precision
- Proven project and process management skills including the ability to effectively gather synthesize and analyze data

Work Environment:
- This role works primarily in an indoor office setting
- Flexible scheduling is required including occasional evening and weekend work
