Job Description
Review project plans specifications estimates and documents before work begins
Perform take-offs identify conflicts and provide input on schedule labor and equipment needs
Coordinate crews subcontractors and suppliers; track lead times and approvals
Manage change orders documentation permits utilities and site logistics
Oversee safety traffic control drainage and quality control throughout the project
Maintain daily logs cost reports as-builts pay estimates and final close-out documentation
Supervise and support Foremen subcontractors and workforce hiring/termination
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
