What Youll Do

Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate evaluate and record critical functional pathological and anatomical data for use by physiciansin diagnosis.

• Schedules and coordinates tests records test results and prepares and maintains operational logs.
• Calibrates and maintains equipment and orders supplies when needed.
• Performs general ultrasound including OBGYN breast Vascular Small Parts Abdomen Testicular Thyroid and procedures etc.
• Responsible for patient safety protocols.
• Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates actively in Performance Improvement Radiation Safety Patient Satisfaction Radiological Patient and Physician Education Continuous Quality Improvement and other various committees as assigned.
• Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

Who Were Looking For

• Credentialed in ultrasound ARDMS or ARRT(S) required.
• Experience in OBGYN Abdomen Vascular Breast and Small Parts preferred.
• Must have an American Heart Association BLS card within 3 months of initial employment and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
• Prefer one year of professional Ultrasound experience in a hospital patient care setting.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Pay Range: $33.56 - $59.45 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
