Generating and managing customer leads. Handling inbound and outbound communication scheduling appointments and providing initial information to potential customers and acting as a bridge between the customer and the dealerships Sales and Service team.

Requirements:

  • Works well in a team environment
  • Happy and Positive Attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and handle work flow
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Reliable source of transportation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordinating sales and service appointments
  • Produce daily weekly and monthly reports
  • Continued learning of new systems and products

Skill/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Works well within a team environment as well as independently
  • Time management skills required - dependability
  • Familiarity with CRM / Xtime software is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Suite
  • A background in Automotive Service department
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
