This is a door-to-door role that will be performed in most elements.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of small exterior repairs including but not limited to:
- Roofing repairs (shingles flashing leak mitigation)
- Siding repairs and replacements
- Gutter adjustments and minor exterior trim repairs
- Conduct in-person inspections and provide accurate estimates for repair work
- Communicate professionally with homeowners addressing concerns and explaining repair solutions
- Coordinate with management and production teams to schedule and complete repairs efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs materials used and customer interactions
- Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicle and tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing siding or exterior home repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable providing in-person estimates and discussing project scopes with homeowners
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb ladders and work outdoors in various conditions
- Self-motivated reliable and team-oriented

Compensation: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year
